Deadline for comments on the renewal of the Approval to Operate for McCain Foods frozen foods processing plant

Class 1 Air Quality Operating Approval issued under the Clean Air Act

Effective August 11, 2020, the 180-day review process begins on the renewal of the Approval to Operate for McCain Foods frozen foods processing plant in Florenceville, New Brunswick. Comments received by September 25 will be included in the interim summary made available mid-way through the 120-day comment period which runs from August 11 to December 14, 2020.
